What? That was awesome. Menu with a lot of options were great and the taste was really good. The service, staff, atmosphere was incredible. Prices are great compared to a regular riverside fancy restaurant. Must see.

Great place for lunch when the sun is out, even if it is only just March, we had a nice time. Food is okay, nothing too special but it’s fine for a normal lunch, don’t expect anything too special. For the vibes and the view of the boats on the IJ it’s definitely worth a visit.

Authentic Chinese (Cantonese-style) restaurant with always great food and great service. Recommended!
The food here is always fresh, delicious, good portion, and fast. One of my favorite Cantonese places in town. I really like their roasted duck, eggplants, and wonton here.

Went in for a quick bite during the Chinese New Year celebration. You can imagine how hectic it was and yet everyone in the restaurant greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome. I also noticed a few regular clients came to get their takeaway orders. My order and drink came very quickly. The Beijing duck bao and pancakes were fresh, succulent and utterly yummy. Don't miss New King when you are in Amsterdam! Highly recommended.

I enjoyed this restaurant, specifically the customer service, which was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was well decorated, modern but cozy but maybe the space was a bit tight, you will be seated very close to other clients, which I personally don't mind.

The food was tasty, but I have tried better rice, it was lacking a bit of flavour. We asked for the sizzling beef, which was really good, but unfortunatly it was not sizzling in the dish, because it was presented cold.

Overall, it was a nice experience.

Legit omakase with the tastiest and freshest tuna you can find jn Amsterdam. Go for the full experience with 15-20+ courses. My favourites were the fatty tuna (toro) dishes. With cool staff and young hip chef.

We had a spectacular and 'singular' evening at Undercover. All the different preparations of fish and seafood were dazzlingly delicious (and that's coming from a meat enthusiast).

The in-depth explanation, from the chef, about each dish was fascinating. And the conversation with the staff about cooking, culture and design was an unexpected bonus.

Yesterday me and my group of friends went to here expecting a cool Japanese cuisine experience, but it was a horrible experience.
They only showed us a menu of the pairing drink course, we were not able to see any menu of drinks howsoever. As for the chef was dressed very unprofessional, it was a first that the chef was also eating among us during the service time, wich was very uncomfortable, also because he was constantly hitting on our friend. All the different pairing of drinks were not served with the matching food, we started our course upstairs and for the last 2 dishes we had to rush to move to a small table infront of the entrance while my girlfriend was still eating.
If you asked the chef about the food, he uses fxck and other slang words to describe the course, wich is very unnecessary, we tought that we were getting different dishes but it was all 7  nigiris, a miso soup, a reddish starter and a cheese slice. For 55 euro plus 35 of the pairing we could have eaten somewhere else much better with a much better service. I really dont recommend.

One of our new favorite places in Amsterdam! The food is scrumptious; every dish will tickle every one of your taste buds. Try the tasting menu which is very generous. Staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. Came here twice now, but will be coming back for sure.

Booked a table here for three on a Thursday night and had a really nice time! It’s noisy, but we are loud Americans, so it was perfect 😁 The server was friendly and informed us about certain dishes we’d never tried before. Most of the food was really delicious. Can recommend 👍🏽

Tasty food at affordable price!
The staff is slow with taking the order initially but afterwards everything arrives quickly. Rice in lotus leaf is probably the tastiest food I ever had so a must try for sure!

Also the location is convenient it’s so close by to central station and dam square!

Authentic Chinese restaurant, located in china town Amsterdam. If you like dim sum, you should really try out this place.

Small restaurant near the Rembrandtplein. There is quite a variety of food in the menu, I took noodle salad and it tasted very unusual for me but really delicious.

I also really liked the light colours and wooden furniture in the interior. The place is very cozy.

I recommend trying homemade iced tea! It’s very refreshing.

I was recommended this restaurant by Vietnamese friends. The small bowl of pho is a really small, and with not much beef. I’m glad we ordered summer rolls as well! The taste was nice. I especially like to add some chili oil in the noodle soup to make the flavor even richer. If you have a nice appetite and want more beef remember to order a big bowl!

Am not an expert in Vietnamese food. All I can say is I enjoyed the pho very much. A soothing broth, generous amounts of beef, chewy noodles, and fresh herbs. The perfect medicine for a cold winters evening! The service was also very friendly.

Steamed or fried, baked or boiled, you have it all on the dim sum menu! And it’s delicious! And if you don’t like dim sum, don’t worry! There are other dishes to enchant your taste buds! But be aware! You might want to reserve a table upfront if you don’t want to queue for it!

My first time having Cantonese Dim Sums and it was amazing.

My friend from Hong Kong brought me to the restaurant suggested by his father. He himself grew up eating Dim Sums has said it is very traditional. He mentioned some dishes we loved were even better than the ones he had in Hong Kong.

It was a great first experience and I would definitely visit this place from time to time.

I struggle with the atmosphere of the place: the interior is oriental, but disinterested staff does nothing to make the place seem warm and inviting. If you like fast-food style eating (you want to get your food fast and don't care much about the experience) this could be a good place for you as food is served very quickly. While you wait, if you're seated next to the window, you can observe bustling Amsterdam life.
We had an average food experience: dim sums were hard to take apart from each other, and started falling apart as we tried to eat. Crispy duck, on the other hand, was tasty. I could return for bubble tea with brown sugar... to-go.

I was looking for a proper meal to satisfy my hunger and didnt really get all too much for the €9.95 I paid. Kind of disappointed it was only 5 pieces as they were tastier with the dim sum sauce.

Nice dumplings place! Good service, great food and great atmosphere : cosy and I appreciate lots of details like the tableware, the presentation on the tray etc. Dumplings tasted really good. I didn't try big plates so I don't know for the quantity in general but that's was enough for me this time!

I really liked the food here - it is fresh, well done and quite delicious. I find the prices a bit on the high side, and the atmosphere of the place is more like a take out place than a restaurant. The service is really really slow. You can easily wait for more than 30 mins without getting any food or drinks
