Pick your cover: stability or uncontrolled growth?

Last week we talked about legal paper issues, which required so much patience and made us a company. Surprisingly we finalized the process without any murder, firefight, or thump. Now we are legally binding, authorized with full capacity, and shining bright like a diamond.

Here comes this week’s topic: spending lots of energy like a sledgehammer to crack a nut to stay calm while we grow massively.

The upcoming good news that is full of the joys of spring: Tourist gained currency in the Chinese market. Unwarranted to say, we were beyond thrilled when this turned out to be an unexpected success. In this manner, the deal was to turn the application language to Chinese. You’ve probably heard stories about daring entrepreneurs in the IT sector who defied all odds to launch their enterprises. These people chose to create their own companies from the ground up rather than settle for the stability of a nine-to-five job. On the other hand, it must be said that the emperor has no clothes. In other words, when you have a startup, especially in software, nothing happens if you do not make it by yourself-sad but true-.

We started to wake up at 6 in the morning, stayed at the flow, drank at least 3 liters of water, meditated for at least 15 minutes, ran along Central park for 15kms, and learned C+, Python, and Chinese in just three days. “Love yourself first, and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” this was our motto to learn the Mandarin alphabet, and we were happy as Larry. All kidding aside, thanks to the internet, we add the new alphabet and language to our application in 3 days without knowing any kind of word in Chinese.

To turn back to a wild and brutal world, we held a meeting with Amazon about what we could do together in the startup’s environment. We terminated the appointment with essential assets for us, such as the cloud support and the login-authentication service named Cognito that both Amazon AWS provides for us. Furthermore, we held another gathering with YapıKredi, a Turkish private bank, to decide whether we use Avax infrastructure or not for blockchain. Solana or Avax, that is the question (BrOkEr HaMLet,2022). The conjectural final decision between the two of them will be made through the level of backing that YapıKredi provides for us, or will there be any support? Eventually, we need to mention the ongoing recruitment process because it fluctuates between perfunctorily and perfectly, like the cosine graph. Obviously, the software process must be conducted meticulously in the development phase. During this time, self-love did not work, and we had a bumpy ride like our founder team has a management origin; therefore, our academic background was insufficient to pick the best one.
