I stayed here for 3 nights in Liverpool. The standout was the community of travelers. It was very easy to meet people and I spent a few nights out with other travelers and the hostel volunteers. All of the hostel volunteers were friendly and created a really nice community environment. Sarah and Alex truly became good friends by the end of my trip. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The location is outside of Liverpool center, which while perhaps not ideal, is not that big of a deal because the bus is an easy ride and £2 each way. Free laundry and drying was such a nice amenity. A few minor things that could be improved: A fan in the room would help keep it cool at night. Additional hooks or a shelf in the common bathroom area upstairs in the showers would be helpful as the single hook is not quite enough.
